PRIMACON P40 CC is an optimized high-precision milling machine, already designed, in its basic version, for 5-axis machining. This enables particularly economical and dynamic complete machining of a wide range of workpieces in a single clamping operation.
Equipped with a smart energy-efficiency package and the integrated Full automation , it ensures optimal process workflows, resulting in significant time and cost savings.
Thanks to the multi-machining concept, the machine allows not only HSC milling but also coordinate grinding and guilloché work. The ergonomic design and modern aesthetics complete the overall construction.

Rigidity and low vibration
The foundation for top performance
Two design measures play a key role in achieving the exceptionally high rigidity and low vibration – the foundations for the outstanding dynamics and precision of the PRIMACON P40 CC. First, the developers placed special emphasis on keeping the moving masses extremely low. Second, the machine bed and column are constructed using a steel-concrete composite design, combining the rigidity of steel with the damping properties of concrete.
The machine bed supports the longitudinal slide with the rotary axes, while the column supports the vertical slide with the milling spindle.
