As a further development based on the proven machine concept of the PFM 24, the CompactCell was created with an automatic production cell and micro-precision for the highest application demands.
The CompactCell was designed for micrometer-accurate multilayer production of small workpieces and enables micro-milling and guilloché engraving in a single machine. In addition, all proven options from the well-known PFM 24 product line remain available to you.

guilloché
The guilloché technique makes it possible to create finely structured patterns with excellent surface quality. The resulting refined appearance is unmatched in its exclusivity. However, this comes with a very high level of manual effort and limited design freedom. For this reason, this elaborate process has so far been used mainly in the watchmaking and jewelry industries.
With the PFM 24 CC, PRIMACON has developed a machine-based solution with an integrated CAM system that also offers significant potential for additional applications, such as the production of microfluidic or micro-optical structures. This new software solution creates greater design freedom and makes it possible to generate designs and patterns in just a few minutes.
